$30 office makeover

 Step 1: Purchase Items:
-  $15 Desk from Craig's list
 -  $5 Chair from Craig's list
 - $10 fabric from Hancock fabrics 
Step 2: Recover Chair (See November 5th Blog)

Step 3: keep ONLY necessary items

Step 4: zip-tie wires.

Entry Function


Add Function to your Entry for less then $100!


Step 1: Prep area (wash walls, lay plastic, tape trim, ect...)

  


 Step 2: Measure and level brackets 



Step 3: Predrill 2"x2''x10''s for shelf brackets
 


Step 4:  Place all Brackets wherever you desire a shelf 
(on both sides of the walls)


Step 5 and 6: Cut boards and place shelves 



Step 7: Calk edges 



Step 8: Paint

Bent to Bonny

Transform a chair from Bent to Bonny in an hour!

  


Step 1: Remove seat and Back



 Step 2: Cover with new fabric. 

{Staple all the corners first, then finish with the other edges.
Be sure to pull fabric very tight between each staple. }



Step 3: Attach back and seat.

Pillow Covers


 
You can create a whole new look in less then an hour with an old pillow and new fabric.



Step 1:  Measure the old pillow.



Step 2 and 3:  Cut and sew new material (inside-out) with a one inch seam allowance on each side.



Step 4 and 5:  Flip covers right-side-out and stuff with old pillow.


Now you have a fabulous new look for any space!

Easy Reframe

                                                       


 I Purchased these mismatch letter Frames at Hobby Lobby in the 90% off section. They were $1.25 each!





                                       Step 1:  Remove back.

                                   Step 2: Remove letters.

                 Step 3: Trim it down to give room for fabric.

Step 4: Cover with fabric. 
 
                                      
                                      Step 5: Embellish.

                              Step 6: Glue back in frames.

These can be embellished with anything, whether it be feathers, flowers, or pictures. The frames can be painted. Then ribbon can be replaced with decorative ribbon, string or wire. Anything is possible.
